- Serve as a technical authority in Golang, Java, and Python, guiding the team in best practices, design patterns, and code optimization techniques for these languages.
- Possess deep knowledge of Elasticsearch, Redis, and Kafka to design and maintain scalable data processing and search systems that power the company's retail solutions.
- Provide expertise in front-end technologies including ReactJS/VueJS, Redux, and NextJS for delivering rich, interactive, and performant user experiences.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the team.
- Own architectural decision-making, ensuring that technology choices align with business goals and drive scalable solutions.
- Work closely with DevOps to drive the adoption and optimization for efficient deployment, management, and delivery of software.
- Effectively collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technically sound and innovative solutions.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a high-pressure environment.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and experimentation, encouraging the team to explore new technologies and approaches.
- Have a basic understanding of AI-powered technologies and demonstrate an interest in applying them to enhance the company's FashionTech offerings.

- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday through Saturday), with Sundays off.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Golang, Java, and Python with a strong understanding of modern software development principles.
- Prior experience working with Elasticsearch, Redis, and Kafka for building scalable data solutions.
- Expertise in building responsive and engaging web applications using ReactJS/VueJS, Redux, and NextJS.
- Solid understanding of AWS, Kubernetes, Gitlab, and Jenkins within a CI/CD environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to various audiences.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers.
