This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Hanoi Capital Region. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting. Your role will be critical in attracting and selecting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including career sites, social media, and professional networks.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Executive search: identify and recruit for key positions aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand as an employer of choice through social media, industry events, and job fairs.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to attract top talent.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and generate recruitment reports.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent communication and a seamless interview process.
