A Talent acquisition specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals. They factor into this process that people play an important role and will be key players in success in the future. They also promote the company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events. Essentially, their role is to help grow the talent in our company by finding and nurturing the most suitable people to contribute to a company’s future success.

Job Description
- Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
- Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as online and offline channels, and employer branding initiatives, to build pipelines for potential applicants
- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders from various departments to understand the different business functions/needs, design and implement the full cycle recruitment process, and bring the best talents on board
- Customize creative methods to optimize the process of sourcing, screening, and selecting ideal talents through various platforms
- Design and implement initiatives to engage and attract both active and passive candidates
- Manage and maintain the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members in various initiatives for the enhancement of employer branding in various areas and departments
- Leverage creative juices to implement other HR initiatives and projects in different areas

- Proficient in English to work with local and foreign candidates.
- University degree
