Job Summary
Why does the position exist?
- Efficiency and Effectiveness: ensures that the talent acquisition process operates smoothly and efficiently, optimizes processes and workflows
- Data-driven decision-making: collects and analyses data related to recruitment processes to provide valuable insights into areas for improvement and help make informed decisions about recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: ensures that candidates have a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Compliance and Risk Management: compliance with legal and regulatory requirements aligning with relevant laws and regulations, reducing the risk of legal issues or compliance violations.
- Continuous Improvement: evaluates and refines recruitment processes to foster innovation and improvement

Responsibilities
- Optimize workflows and processes, and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the talent acquisition process, foster innovation and improvement to enhance service quality.
- Be responsible for gathering and analyzing data related to recruitment processes to provide valuable insights into areas for improvement and recruitment strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and align with relevant laws and regulations to reduce the risk of legal issues or compliance violations.
- Hand joins in working with other departments to implement a new ATS system for technology advancement.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Job-Related Experience: At least 1 year of experience in HR Data Analyst, Workforce Planning, Project Management
- Technical skills: Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, Lookers (Data Studio)
- Business Understanding: HR, Data Analytics
- Personal Qualities: Can-do attitude, able to work under pressure, fast learner, strong interpersonal skills, pro-active, independent thinker
- Be able to communicate fluently in English (both written and verbal)
