We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team, specializing in the gaming industry. As part of our HR department, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions within the company. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with different departments such as Game Design, Art, Developer, and Marketing, giving you the chance to recruit talent that will shape the future of gaming at Sonat Game Studio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Branding Strategy
- Support and collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Research market trends and competitors to stay informed about talent demands in the gaming industry and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Have deep understanding of the company's recruitment positions/domains to have appropriate recruitment methods
- Cooperate with other related departments to develop and plan employer branding initiatives to position Sonat Game Studio as a top employer in the gaming industry.
2. Execute Recruitment & Branding Activities
- Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, gaming communities, and social media.
- Upload & screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the recruitment full-cycle.
- Engage and nurture relationships with top talents; conduct insightful & comprehensive Talent Mapping to serve current & future needs.
- Implement employer branding efforts through social media, events, and employee engagement programs.
- Participate in industry events and job fairs to attract top talent and enhance the company's brand-awareness.
3. Monitor & Evaluate
- Track & report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, candidate quality, conversion rate) and branding impact on applications.
- Collect feedback from candidates and employees to assess recruitment and branding effectiveness.
4. Improve Recruitment & Branding
- Support adjusting realtime strategies based on data to improve sourcing, candidate experience, and branding efforts.
- Continuously update employer branding content and refine recruitment processes for efficiency.
5. Other tasks
- Proactively cooperate with all other HR functional teams on cross-company HR activities.
- Responsible for handling other tasks assigned by BOD.
