- Assist recruiters in searching CVs from various sources following defined criteria.
- Collect information/CVs from recruiters and use other sourcing techniques to build up the candidates’ database with set objectives.
- Search for CVs on recruitment platforms.
- Support TA members in screening applicants
Support in employer branding initiatives
- Involve in employer branding activities to build relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Assist in managing employer branding’s social media platforms.
- Prepare recruitment marketing communication for assigned programs.
General administration tasks
- Assist team members with interview arrangements and recruitment data/reports.
- Prepare related paperwork for new hires.
- Update candidate information and data on the system.
- Create work accounts for production partners and parttimers.
