1.Social Media Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to support and grow affiliates & advertiser .
Identify and recruit high-potential affiliates/advertiser with strong social media presence.
2.Content Creation and Campaign Management:
Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling social media content and promotions.
Utilize social media tools and platforms to schedule, monitor, and analyze campaign performance.
3.Performance Analysis:
Analyze social media and campaign performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to manager.
Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and tactics for maximum impact.
4.Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Development, Product, and Content to align social media presence with overall company objectives.
Manage the social media marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
5.Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and competitive landscape
Competencies:
Bring 3-4+ years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, at least 2 years at leader role
Experience or knowledge of best practices with Social media platform for worth of mouth
Are excited to build out our social brand strategy from the ground up and bring new ideas to the table that push the boundaries and infuse creativity into our social content strategy
