- Lead and manage consulting engagements from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' businesses, identifying key challenges, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations, action plans, and implementation roadmaps to address clients' needs and achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in areas such as business strategy, organizational transformation, operational excellence, and change management.
- Collaborate with clients' senior leadership teams to align consulting initiatives with broader business objectives and priorities.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in sales presentations.
- Collaborate with internal partner and external partner to seek new customers.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, foster trust, and navigate challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Fluent in English.
