● Participate in Project Management according to the Agile development lifecycle model with Scrum method
● Ensure quality, schedule and cost optimization for assigned projects.
● Manage and orient teams and customers to perform problem analysis, estimation, product design and development, and project quality management.

● Maintain good work performance with high quality for the team. Take on the role of mentoring and developing team members.
● Manage the process of estimating and planning for each Sprint, Release ensures that it is appropriate to the capacity of the team, according to the definition of the Agile Scrum process from 2 to 4 weeks for 1 Sprint
