We are looking for a Key Player, not just an Employee, in our journey towards success! (Hybrid work)

Teemazing (TMZ) is a company operating in Cross-border e-commerce, focusing on the US & EU markets. With over 8 years of operation and development, along with a highly skilled and carefully selected team, TMZ is gradually building its brands in the international market with over 500K orders shipped annually. Our goal is to become the world’s leading personalized gift company, where customers trust to find great gifts for any occasion, for anyone, throughout their lifetime.

To become an E-commerce company providing robust technology platforms for merchants and the Cross-Border E-commerce ecosystem, TMZ is introducing technology products – Software As A Service with many interesting highlights and potential for global merchants worldwide.

To achieve this goal, TMZ is seeking a Senior Marketing professional with the mission of bringing TMZ’s SaaS products closer to potential customers and thereby making breakthroughs in business efficiency, with the following specific job description:

I. DESCRIPTION

  • Market research, and analysis target customers and competitors to determine each stage’s appropriate marketing direction
  • Define and implement marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives, including Growth & Inbound marketing activities and Brand & Communications activities (PR, community, partnership)
  • Directly create content strategies and directly deploy community buildings: Social Channel, Group community,....
  • Handle performance campaigns: Google AdWords, advertising on social media networks, or advertising on related websites to attract new users and enhance brand awareness.
  • Conducting reports and analyses across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test-and-learn approach and reporting to the leader/ manager
  • Identify opportunities to maximize customer lifetime values, retention, and referrals
  • Coordinate with internal product teams, design, and customer success & optimize the working process to make sure that everyone’s on the same page

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Proven experience in Senior Marketing or similar roles in a SaaS company with at least 4 years experience
  • Have a clear understanding of how to plan an end-to-end marketing rollout for new campaigns (e.g. product launches, consumer campaigns, merchant campaigns, etc.)
  • Prefer has successfully led and scaled marketing strategies for a SaaS/ technology product for global users.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, Hotjar, etc.
  • Data-driven and results-focused. Love dealing with both quantitative and qualitative data — tracking, measuring, and evaluating outcomes of the campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset – anticipate challenges and proactively propose solutions.
  • Customer Oriented; Adaptable, creative, and self-starting
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
