We are actively seeking talented Mobile/Flutter developers with a passion for crafting high-performance mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms. In this role, you will take charge of designing and constructing these applications, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams responsible for various layers of the product infrastructure. The development of a product is a highly collaborative endeavor, and we are looking for individuals who are not only proficient team players but are also dedicated to achieving excellence:

• Analyze Requirements: Diligently attend to the analysis of requirements and contribute to the system's architecture for our Mobile product
• Application Development: Engage in the development and optimization of Flutter-based mobile applications, ensuring optimal performance.
• Technology Research: Proactively explore and implement new technologies to enhance and elevate project outcomes.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other teams and follow the guidance of the tech lead when tasks are assigned.

- Salary: 2000USD or over your expectation salary
- Probation full salary.
- Bonus 13th and KPI bonus of year (14th salary)
- Review salary 2 times per yearly on January and July.

To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Professional Experience: Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Mobile development, with at least 2.5 years focused on Flutter.
• Platform Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Native Android App development (Kotlin) or iOS App development.
• Technical Knowledge: Showcase expertise in HTTP1.1/Websocket protocols and a deep understanding of iOS/Android SDK.
• Firebase Integration: Exhibit hands-on experience in integrating Firebase systems, covering push notifications, analytics, and authentication, along with familiarity with OneSignal.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrate a track record of providing effective solutions to optimize application performance.
• App Store Prioritization: Given priority will be given to candidates with experience successfully pushing applications to both the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a team environment, possessing strong English reading and writing skills. Previous experience in a team leadership role is advantageous.
• English Proficiency: Candidates with proficiency in English, particularly in conversational use, will be given preference.
