- Develop and oversee the implementation of advanced BI tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy , ensuring they meet scalability and performance standards.
3. Data Management and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, and accuracy within the BI system;
- Implement and monitor data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity across the organization.
4. Optimization and Performance Tuning:
- Conduct in-depth performance tuning and optimization of BI queries, reports, and dashboards;
- Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of BI solutions to ensure they meet business needs efficiently.
5. Mentoring and Team Leadership:
