You will lead our product development team - KiotViet to design and build the new products of our business strategy which aims to help mid, small and micro enterprises to operate their businesses more easily and efficiently.
As the leader, you will manage the coordination of the team, assist team in planning and implement the tasks, as well as coordinating with stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Being the person in charge about progress, quality, performance and capacity of product development team.
- Developing the capacity and make opportunities for the career development of members.
- Leading team to do the following activities:
+ Guide, build workflow and environment to help the team focus and continuously improve the productivity.
+ Facilitate, organize team meetings to achieve highest efficiency
+ Plan coaching for member to improve teamwork skills and support team work follow best practices.
+ Collaborate with technical expert to enhance team capacities and technical skills.
+ Represent for team to solve problems when coordinate with other teams/departments
- Make decision on important and long-term issues for human resource and team organization.
- Evaluate the performance and contribution of team members.
- Participate and align with technical expert in level assessment of team members.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Great analytical skill and problem solving abilities
- You should have at least 1 year of experience in managing product development team with Agile methology.

- Ability to inspire and coach team members
