Job Brief
• FPT Software Academy is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Technical Trainers to educate individuals in a technological field. As a Technical Trainer, you will develop and deliver technical training programs, helping participants enhance their skills and become better professionals. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the development of the organization.

Responsibilities
• Create customized technical training programs based on organizational requirements.
• Develop training materials, including presentations, quizzes, assignments, and hands on project requirement.
• Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops for groups or individuals at multiple training types: online, off-line, and blended training.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Other activities assigned by the Academy management.

Basic Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience as a technical trainer or working at senior level (solution architect/ senior software engineer) for applied position.
• Ability to design technical course content.
• Degree in a relevant technical field.
• International Certification in related fields is a strong asset.
• English communication skills, comfortable speaking to groups.
• SAP Module Expertise: Candidate should be proficient in, such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM
• ABAP Programming: In-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language. ABAP objects, Classes, events, methods, Data Dictionary, Internal Tables & Data Fetch, Smartforms, Adobe form, Performance tuning. ABAP OO programming and debugging: ABAP reports, Function Modules, Forms, Interfaces, Enhancements.
• SAP Environment: S/4 HANA and SAP ECC
• SAP Integration: Experience in integrating SAP systems with other technologies or modules.
• SAP Security: Understanding of SAP security principles, including user roles and authorizations.
• SAP HANA: Proficiency in SAP HANA database concepts and development.
• Data Migration: Experience in SAP data transfer techniques and tools.
• SAP Landscape and Transport Management: Understanding of SAP landscape design and transport management.
