● Manage sales documentation required for all commercial transactions.
● Be a contact point from the Sales team to work with other teams in the company relating to
legal and finance and others matter for all sales transactions.
● Manage master data and collaborate with Sales on tracking opportunity data to prepare and
deliver the forecast report accurately up to date.
● Provide sales support and identify key materials to support Sales.
● Provide the assistant to product owner and R&D activities on product development.
● Provide support on logistics for Sales visit and other activities.
● Other tasks may be assigned.

● At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or order administrative
role within the IT or a related field
● Experience in sales process and tools.
● Experience in leading change and managing projects.
● Experience working with the Finance team is a plus.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Excellent Japanese skill, equivalent to at least N2 level.
