MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Sell software, solutions, and services to prospective customers to achieve individual sales plans and achieve the target for territory;
  • Work with other sales/pre-sales/domain/personnel to position and leverage sales opportunities to acquire, grow and retain customers within assigned territory.
  • Develop and coordinate new business activities to fulfill a wide range of requirements from customers and demand from the market.
  • Implement aspects of territory planning and account management and development; identifies accounts with high "close" potential, qualifies, advances opportunity through milestone steps of sales cycle and forecast time frames to close business.
  • Maintain a good update and reportto higher management, especially for forecast update.
  • Works with a technical team to create and finalize proposals, quotation, and contracts.
  • Manage partner relationships to ensure successful delivery and coverage of assigned territory.
  • Follow up with customers to track satisfaction levels and to discover additional revenue

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

● At least 5 years of experience in relevant sales role in IT industry
● An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
● Knowledge of strategic sales techniques; knowledge of software solution sales buying cycles and buying influence.
● Advanced knowledge of industry software terminology and concepts; knowledge of platform development solutions and services preferred.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strategic selling skills, skills in analyzing and evaluating territory dynamics to develop and implement a sales plan.
● Ability to initiate and lead projects; ability to work effectively in a team environment; ability to relate technical and business concepts to user needs; ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to travel when needed.
● Excellent English communication skills
