ResearchAnalyst Manager VNDIRECT

Managing a team of investment analysts in related industry sectors to build analysis report products to meet the capacity of providing data to serve the customers’ needs of securities information, market and business information, along with the ecosystem of products and services of VNDIRECT. Reviewing investment analysts' work and providing feedback. Taking a senior role to build and maintaining relationships, acting as a bridge between VNDIRECT and customers as well as the investment community

• Accountable for periodic industry and stock analysis reports (reports, models, coverage...);
• Proactively present investment ideas and answer questions to individual customers and domestic and foreign financial institutions;
• Provide analytical reports to customers and the investment community through social channels.

1. Education/Certifications

• Priority is given to MBA or University, master's degree (abroad) candidates in the fields of Finance, Economics, Banking;
• Have broad Finance - Securities knowledge;
• CFA certificate preferable.

2. Experience

• 6-10 years of research experience with management skills;
• Expertise in frequent presentations to financial institutions and retail customers.

3. Skills

• English: fluent, ability to write and present in English according to reporting standards. Ability to translate English to Vietnamese;
• Strong corporate KYC skills;
• Strong security analysis skills to identify patterns and trends to make informed investment decisions;
• Effective business strategies design skills;
• Deep understanding of VND's customer-centric business values;
• Expertise in advising organizations and individuals on financial investment products, including valuation and development;
• Member training and development skills.
