MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Learn and understand the recruitment and human resource management processes of FPT IS.
Support the recruitment tasks including: Collecting requirements, creating job posting content, searching and screening CVs, organizing interviews.
Enter candidate profile data into Excel files and the FPT IS system.
Participate in events, organize company tour, job fairs at universities.
Support activities related to Employer Branding.
Other related tasks as assigned by the manager.

Participate in professional training courses in various fields within FPT;

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

3rd year or final year university student (with priority given to majors in human resource management, administration, business management, management science, or related fields).
Interested in the human resources field, especially in recruitment.
Communication skills, open-minded, flexibility.
