Product Research Intern FPT IS

- Support in desk research and primary research:

+ Desk research:

• Participate in desk research initiatives, ranging from feasibility study, competition landscape study, market sizing...

+ Primary research:

• In charge of the logistics and admin tasks for user research including but not limited to scheduling interviews, setting up research environment / labs and related internal admin process to ensure research is executed in a professional manner
• Support in preparing research materials for both qualitative (discussion guide, stimuli) and quantitative research (QBO, questionnaire, link scripting)
• Take note during qualitative user interviews
• Hands-on transcripting interviews or supervise contractors to conduct the same
• Distribute quantitative survey using various platforms

And Other tasks assigned by leaders

• Third or fourth-year students from universities such as Foreign Trade University, etc
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Fluent in English ( >6.0 IELTS )
• Preferably able to work full-time
• Preferably has experience and has conducted research
