- Lead and inspire a high-achieving product management team, coach the team through product requirements and design critique;
- Formulate a long and short-term product strategy to ensure delivery of key performance indicators;
- Develop trusted relationships with technology leaders, business leaders and stakeholders to drive optimized product delivery;
- Develop loyalty and commitment in others by communicating clear expectations, developing and mentoring direct reports, and setting an example in one’s own behavior;
- Understand markets, competition and customer/user requirements in depth;
- Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy for Insurance partnership
- Formulate strategic insights and propose action plans to achieve business objectives;
- Focus on user experience to ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by customers;
- Analyze users’ data and feedback to measure product’s effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
