- Consulting market research materials, collect data in order to create new products/modify existing products to be more competitive & viable in the finance and banking field
- Submitting reports & research data, presenting new product ideas & proposals to seek the approval of the related authority
- Consulting & co-operating with all related department to create/modify products including the operating procedure of product
- Support & advice to business units about products & operating procedure
- Follow, regularly update reports about the effectiveness & competition of products. Based on that, creating new proposals/ideas to modify/renew products that will be more appropriate for business facts

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- At least 3-year experience in Product development or any related roles like project, process or product operation with product development mindset which could be considered in Consumer finance, Banking and Insurance
- Good business sense and knowledge about market movements, idea generator.
- Logical, careful and responsible.
- Communication ability to other people and departments
- Good command of English or Korean
