This role is responsible for the growth of SmartCredit (Shinhan Bank), to work with sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
• Marketing:
- Plan, Execute & Manage MKT activities (Promotional campaign, Booth event, Content/ Email marketing, Social seeding, ...);
- Cooperate with other biz departments or Work directly with Vendors to acquire more leads;
- Manage digital leads (overall performance, drop-off supporting);
• Business:
- Research, make initial evaluation, give recommendations with related departments (product owners, operation team, biz departments) in order to:
+ Build new or Enhance programs/ products (Consumer Loan, Credit Card, Insurance);
+ Ensure smooth process for pricing scheme, products/programs;
+ Keep related departments be updated & aware of issues arising in biz operation;
+ Generate more sales opportunities & execute.
- Prepare sales materials & Communicate to related teams in SCMC;
- Conduct activities to motivate sales (sales contest, workshop, training, ...);
- Conduct biz analysis report (market, competitors, financial, sales & recommendation)
• Others:
- Design Sales materials (Poster, Leaflet, Standee, Banner...) and Cooperate with SD Team to ensure the consistency in branding;
- Manage gift warehouse;
- Reconcile, Payment & Report.
• And other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
