- Participate in development projects for Web applications.
- Take the role of technical leader of projects, and propose technical solutions for various problems in the project.
- Coaching project members.
- Perform design, and implement coding, testing, and documentation in line with user & system requirements to deliver source code that meets the needs and release milestones.
- Perform bug fixing, maintenance, and enhancement.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- At least 6+ years of experience as a Software developer implementing Web applications using C# and .NET technologies (ASP.NET, ADO.NET, .NET Core, and others).
- Strong OOAD knowledge & design pattern
- Establish project specifications and technical direction
- Create a framework of technical standards and procedures
- Oversee software quality and system modifications
- Support and guide team members with troubleshooting technical issues
- Analyzing existing operations to identify risks and redundancies
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop solutions
- Experience in designing and developing solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem (.NET, SQL Server, Web API, etc.)
- Software development experience in building web services and highly scalable applications
- Experience in designing and developing cloud-native software solutions in Azure
- Good at English both spoken and written is a must (Equivalent to IELTS 6,5+)
