MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Conduct full sales-cycle, from the initial phase, such as market research to define market penetration strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • Actively seek and generate qualified leads
  • Build partner relationships via summits, events, and forums.....
  • Multi-channel follow-up - help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities
  • Formulate and implement high-level strategies for business expansion
  • Interact closely with the clients to get the client’s requirements
  • Cooperate with the delivery team and presales to prepare excellent proposals for customers.
  • Negotiating contracts, ensuring the deals are properly closed, and contracts/POs are properly signed off to avoid unnecessary risk
  • Follow up with customers from the approach stage to the after-sale stage. Act as the main contact point for problem-solving during the projects
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Other tasks as assigned

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Bachelor‘s degree (and above), majoring in business administration, marketing or relevant
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales/ Business Development or similar positions in the ITO field
  • Fluent in English speaking
  • Have good communication, and persuasion to advise the Business Development Lead on market strategy
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners
  • Aggressive with a growth mindset and positive attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
