- Conduct full sales-cycle, from the initial phase, such as market research to define market penetration strategies and identify new business opportunities
- Actively seek and generate qualified leads
- Build partner relationships via summits, events, and forums.....
- Multi-channel follow-up - help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities
- Formulate and implement high-level strategies for business expansion
- Interact closely with the clients to get the client’s requirements
- Cooperate with the delivery team and presales to prepare excellent proposals for customers.
- Negotiating contracts, ensuring the deals are properly closed, and contracts/POs are properly signed off to avoid unnecessary risk
- Follow up with customers from the approach stage to the after-sale stage. Act as the main contact point for problem-solving during the projects
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
