We are on the lookout for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about all things marketing and eager to grow in the dynamic world of eCommerce. In this role, you will assist in managing the web, email, and SEM to optimize digital experiences for both partners and users

JOIN BSS COMMERCE, YOU WILL:

• Develop and execute ad campaigns on Google and Meta
• Craft and produce high-quality, engaging content for email marketing campaigns, aligning with our brand voice and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team (product development, customer support) to review customer journeys and optimize landing pages to achieve targeted conversion goals.
• Perform A/B, website usability, and website conversion rate testing.
• Actively participate in marketing brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives.
• Analyze marketing performance using basic analytics tools, making recommendations for optimization.
• Create monthly and quarterly action plans to achieve KPIs. Compile detailed reports, assessing campaign performance against established KPIs.

• Salary: Starting from 10-15M/ month with performance rewards, reviewed every 6 months
• 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM)

• At least 6 months of experience working in digital marketing roles or other relevant positions.
• Strong reading and writing skills with the ability to create engaging content. Proficiency in English with a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent certificate.
• Proven experience leading digital marketing campaigns, including ads and email campaigns.
• Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with these tools is a plus: Brevo, Clarity, design tools
• An understanding of eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify is a plus.
