Opportunity Management:
- Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to understand and capture new opportunities.
- Track and manage incoming opportunities and ensure they are appropriately routed to the relevant teams.
Project Coordination:
- Act as the central point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Facilitate coordination between the BD team, Production team, and Pre-sales team.
- Monitor project progress and ensure all teams are aligned with project goals and timelines.
Pre-sales Support:
- Work closely with the Pre-sales team to provide necessary project information and support during the pre-sales phase.
- Ensure timely and accurate sharing of project requirements and customer expectations with the Pre-sales team.
Team Collaboration:
- Engage with the Production team to understand their capacity, capabilities, and progress on ongoing projects.
- Ensure that the Production team has all the necessary information and resources to deliver on project requirements.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed and organized records of project activities, communications, and milestones.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Problem Solving:
- Identify potential project risks and issues early on and work with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies.
- Address and resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
