MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Respond to support tickets and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime
Assist with setting up, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, both remotely and on-site
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
Document and track issues using a ticketing system
Install, upgrade, and maintain software applications
Ensure all hardware and software are functioning correctly and efficiently.
Manage and monitor IT inventory and assets.
Assist with network configuration and administration, including Wi-Fi and VPN setup.
Assist with data backup and recovery operations

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Familiarity with Windows and macOS/Linux operating systems
Familiarity with network protocols and hardware
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
