- Assist in planning recruitment activities based on actual proposals from various departments, propose recruitment methods, and manage recruitment costs.
- Assist in searching for, proposing, and posting job ads on recruitment channels.
- Perform resume screening, contact candidates, and arrange interview schedules.
- Assist in organizing interviews, testing, and evaluating candidates' competencies in detail, in collaboration with specialized departments to make suitable decisions.
- Support in onboarding, guiding, and assigning tasks to new employees on their first working day.
