The HRBP for Nutra Affiliate Marketing serves as a strategic partner to the marketing leadership, driving HR initiatives that support business objectives and ensure a high-performing, engaged workforce.
This role is critical in aligning HR strategies with the unique needs of the affiliate marketing function, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, retention, and employee development. The HRBP will also lead HR projects and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, fostering a collaborative and productive organizational culture.
Position based in Hanoi.
Performance Management
- Providing support on HR-related matters like workforce planning, performance reviews, and compliance with HR policies.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to set performance objectives that align with business growth targets.
- Develop and implement performance management strategies to meet marketing KPIs and ensure mid-management engagement.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide coaching/training to improve management's leadership and decision-making skills.
Talent Retention and Development
- Design and implement retention strategies to maintain high morale and reduce turnover in critical affiliate marketing roles.
- Assess and adjust compensation and reward programs for competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to address employee concerns related to compensation or workload, creating engagement and loyalty programs.
- Identify high-potential talent and implement growth plans for key positions to ensure retention and succession planning.
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to create workforce plans that address the specific needs of the affiliate marketing function.
- Oversee recruitment to ensure timely hiring of qualified marketing professionals for key roles.
- Strengthen the employer brand to attract top talent in affiliate marketing and digital marketing sectors.
- Lead succession planning to prepare emerging leaders for key positions within the department.
HR Project Management and Oversee Administration:
- Lead HR initiatives, such as team structure optimization, compliance with labor laws, and employee engagement programs for the Affiliate Marketing department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and ensure efficient operational support.
- Monitor HR costs to align with company financial objectives while maximizing operational efficiency.
- Implement company-wide HR programs, tailoring them to the specific needs of the affiliate marketing team.
- Oversee office management tasks such as maintaining office supplies, managing vendor contracts, handling facility-related issues, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day administrative operation.
