Based on an understanding of business strategy, environment, organization, and people, the job design and operation of HR systems such as recruitment, evaluation, compensation, promotion, duties, training, and key talents

Contribute to the creation of organizational performance and the improvement of members' competencies by preemptively deriving HR Implication in the areas of evaluation, compensation, promotion, duties, and key talents, and providing optimal HR solutions.

Design and operation of evaluation/promotion/compensation system

- Evaluation/Promotion/Compensation System Issues Discovery and Improvement Plan

- Evaluation operation (performance evaluation, competency evaluation)

- Compensation operations (fixed salary, PI, allowances, benefits)

- Promotion Operation (Regular Promotion)

Job system design/operation

- Management of job system (establishment, abolition, integration, separation, etc.)

- Update job description details

- Job fit monitoring

- Job-based HR system design

Talent Management

- Verification of Excellent/Key Talent Selection

- Establishment and execution of talent development plan

- Establishment/implementation of talent management and career promotion plans

Organization Design/Operation

- Human Resource Development Committee Planning/Operation

- Organizational/Leadership Diagnosis and Issue Identification

- Organizational Design Propos

- University graduated or higher

- At least 5 years in HR experience

- Advanced Korean Communication (Required)

- HR Strategic Planning Expertise

- Leader Pipeline Management Expertise

- Compensation/Welfare/Performance Management/Job System Design/Operation Expertise

- Identify HR trends and retain knowledge

- (Preferred) Global corporate HR work experience
