1. Recruitment
- Coordinate with Hiring Manager to analyze recruitment demand in line with the approved manpower plan, give consult for effective recruitment
- Perform recruitment process following company procedures
- Facilitate the onboarding process, conduct orientation training for new employees
- Maintain & develop recruitment channels effectively
2. Employee Relation/Branding
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities
- Give guidelines and advice to employees on any HR related queries (policies, benefits, on boarding, resignation, SAP system, etc.)
- Plan and conduct CSR activities such as cooperation activities with universities (scholarship, factory tour, job fair, career seminar, training program, etc.)
3. HRBP task
- Act as business partner to understand on business situation and timely give effective support to departments
- Support on employee performance evaluation (KPI)
- Apply and renew VISA, Work Permit, and Temporary Residence Card for foreign experts. Follow the expiry date and timely do the renew
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager
