1. Recruitment (60%)
- Understand manufacturing labor market for Non-Manager level, especially in construction and heavy industry to build a strong sourcing database for Non-Manager recruitment to enable provide right fit & qualified candidates to Line Manager within agreed time frame
- Build strong rapport with all interviewed candidates during & after the interview. Show care to Non-Manager new hired and follow up their on-boarding program until end of probation.
2. Training & Development
- Support HR Manager in working with Line Manager in identifying Training Needs for Non-Manager level which can address the capability area of improvement in order to grow the organization to deliver business objectives
- Implement training programs and synthesize post-training evaluation results for employees
- Follow up in their post training evaluation and development.
3. C&B
- Complete monthly timekeeping table for employees;
- Monitor employees' compliance with the Company's regulations.
- Implement and settle insurance regimes according to current regulations for employees and other insurances (if any) for employees;
- Draft and archive documents related to human resources such as announcements, authorizations, minutes, internal decisions, labor contracts, etc., according to the actual work arising and HR Manager requirement
