- Responsible for overseeing overall Brand & Corporate Marketing Management for the company, including managing the brand and integrated marketing strategies to build the company’s reputation and image, as well as the brand image and marketing activities at branches, events - activations, and gift programs within the internal and external network.
- Ensure the presence of the brand and products on public media channels (Digital & Media) by managing the company’s digital content and advertising/content/visuals for the company and its products/services across public media platforms (digital, social & other media).
- Continue to collaborate with units responsible for products and customers to manage integrated Marketing projects and activities to promote product/service features and promotional/activation programs, supporting sales, profit goals, and customer loyalty towards the company.
- Coordinate the implementation and monitor the effectiveness of Brand & Marketing campaigns within your management scope.
- Lead, guide, evaluate, and develop employees and specialists in the Marketing department, as well as design efficient workflows for the department and related areas.
- Support strategy development and operational management for the Marketing organization by providing advice and assistance.
- Develop and manage a system for collecting market, competitor, customer, and internal company information to support Marketing efforts.
- Plan and manage the budget for Brand and Marketing programs/projects in alignment with the company’s Marketing strategy and business objectives.
- Effectively coordinate with other departments within the Center (Communications, Design, other Marketing areas) under the spirit of One Team - One Dream to best serve the Brand and Products.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management.
