MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Complete the revenue targets & KPI targets assigned by the CEO in each period
Planning, organizing and reporting the results of implementing the business plans.
Finding, developing, caring and maintaining relationships with customers.
Managing and supervising the work of employees’ Sales Department.
Control and leading, training and managing employees to achieve assigned KPIs.
Proposing solutions and policies in customer development. Motivating & Encouraging salesstaff to work effectively.
Giving suggestion for the Director to negotiate and sign service provision and sales contracts
Coordinating with other departments to perform tasks within the functions of the Project
Sales Department in general and under the assigned work responsibilities in particular.
Other jobs assigned by the Director if required.

Having experience in Sales Software Service
Sales experience in foreign markets
Strong business acumen, operations and problem-solving skills, along with the ability
to assess current practices, identify opportunities for improvement, build consensus
and drive the implementation of related changes.
A flexible nature, good sense of humor, the ability establishes strong working
relationships, and enjoy being part of team of like-minded individuals.
