- Leading marketing team to deliver business's objectives by creating marketing strategy on product positioning, market penetration and pricing. Is also responsible to establish the medium and long range planning process and the new business programs.
- Guiding MKT team to develope and implement marketing plans, product promotion for different sales channels to deliver business results as well as adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions. Liaise with other managers to ensure marketing activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of marketing professionals.
- Regularly meeting with principals to update business status, market conditions and align on business directions for local market by providing appropreate product range, pricing strategy, marketing activity for different sales channels as well as building and maintaining good relationship with all principals/ partners to get their best support for business in long term cooperation.
- Defining source of growth for business by evaluating/selecting right new potential brands for local market and developing current brands to bigger scale with right marketing mix
- Building and developing strong resource for MKT department which have sufficient capabilities to deliver both short and long term business growth
