- Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Respond to support tickets and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Assist with setting up, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, both remotely and on-site.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
- Document and track issues using a ticketing system.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain software applications.
- Ensure all hardware and software are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Manage and monitor IT inventory and assets.
- Assist with network configuration and administration, including Wi-Fi and VPN setup.
- Assist with data backup and recovery operations.
