- Advise BOD and develop a comprehensive strategy for data utilization and management, redesign or build knowledge/control/assessment/value from digital information sources.
- Develop and implement a data strategy to ensure efficient collection, storage, analysis, and utilization of data:
- Customer data analysis: Collect, process, and analyze customer-related data. Based on the analysis results, provide recommendations to BOD regarding business direction or improvements in products/services based on customer experience journey.
- Internal data analysis: Process and analyze data related to employees within the company. Use appropriate tools and techniques to generate valuable dashboards, statistics, and insights to develop the human resources system.
- Collaborate with each department (e.g., IT, Marketing) to identify and address specific data-related requirements.
- Lead and manage the data team, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Analysts.
- Lead and manage the collaboration process with external partners to ensure effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulations related to data protection.
- Update on industry trends and advancements in analytics-related technologies.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
