• Designing, implementing, and maintaining databases, including databases (SQL/NoSQL), data warehouses, and data lakes.
• Analyzing and processing data from various sources to prepare for analysis and reporting.
• Building and maintaining data pipelines to move data from source to target automatically and efficiently.
• Optimizing the performance of the data system by optimizing queries, increasing processing speed, and minimizing waiting time.
• Ensuring data security through the implementation of security measures such as encryption, access control, and monitoring of inappropriate activities.
• Resolving issues related to data performance, security, and consistency.
• Monitoring and maintaining the data system to ensure it operates stably and meets the company's needs.

Salary and benefits:

• Starting salary: $1000+ (6-month routine of considering salary increment or promotion).
• Quarterly bonus based on project achievement (after probation).
• 13th-month bonus and legal insurance.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience working with tools and languages such as SQL, Python, Javascript, Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Airflow.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related position.
• Understanding of database principles, data storage, and distribution systems.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex issues related to data performance, security, and consistency.
• Willingness to learn and improve skills related to data and new technologies.
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira/G-Suites, Confluence, or similar. Priority experience with Google Cloud BigQuery or other Google Cloud services preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• While not a prerequisite, it is advantageous if you have:
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS industries.
  • International certification in Data Engineering (AWS, CCA, CCP, IBM Certified Data Engineer, Google Professional Data Engineer, etc.).
