• Support and Operate the support channel/task in charge according to the Team‘s orientation and commitment.
• Manage and control Philippines agent‘s quality in the support channel
• Support and training agents in the group
• Take care of our customers in usual cases and special cases
• Other tasks assigned by the Manager
