- Carry out transactions with customers/ shipping lines to arrange Import and Export shipments according to the Company's process.
- Execute customer’s service requirements from Bookings, Cargo movement to Data Transmission, Documentation, Invoicing and cost booking.
- Cooperate with worldwide agents to handle shipments.
- Handle documentation for all kinds of shipments (export and import, sea freight) until close a file. Make quotation/ Debit Note and collect the full documents as required by the company.
- Problem solving in order to improve service delivery standards and minimize cost impacts. -> - Providing timely and effective solutions: involve to troubleshoot complex customer issues, collaborating with team members, sales, and operations to provide timely and effective solutions.
- Executive CS dept KPI and track for actual performance
- Work with related departments in the company to ensure the information is transparent, consignees are coordinated continuously.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner.
- Prepare periodic reports, update system timely and accurately.
- Together with sales make sure for customer satisfaction and upsell service to existing customers
