1. Performance Report Analysis:
- Extra data from DW for collections performance analysis/requirement from Management;
- Do segmentation analysis on portfolio from collections point of view
- Provide data to back-test / Do simulation for new suggestion/scheme/campaign
- Do forecasting weekly/monthly of roll rates/provision
2. Operating:
- Track and monitor the performance for new bonus scheme/pay out/ target setting
- Do pilot/ champion-challenger to test the efficiency new approach/ new scheme….
- Set allocation plan for Collections Division
3. Reporting
- Provide weekly/monthly report of Collections performance
- Update result of all reports as required (allocation, performance,…)
