- Develop and deploy the overall strategy to position One Mount as top employer of choice, including digital growth, recruitment marketing campaigns, campus branding, and employee experience
- Lead marketing campaigns for all One Mount’s talent acquisition campaigns (Business Future Leaders, Fresh Geeks, Sales forces...)
- Develop branding initiatives to support business growth in real estate, distribution, and e-commerce fields
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Internal communications, Learning & Development, and others) to communicate One Mount’s EVPs effectively to employees and potential candidates
- Set-up and monitor performance metrics (social media analytics platform, application tracking systems,...) to adjust the strategies accordingly
- Develop regulations and handle issues related to communication crisis
- Budget management
