1. Report and analyze the business performance of the branch (40%)
- Synthesize, analyze, and evaluate operational data, results of implementing targets, CN solutions according to assigned tasks, and report results periodically/unusual (upon request) to superiors
- Process, analyze information/data, and conduct periodic reports to evaluate the branch's operational situation and business performance, by product line, and by channel (MT and GT).
- Participate and monitor assigned projects at the branch & Company
2. Strategic management (40%)
- Participate in building goals - KPIs and solutions for the branch and units
+ Propose to the Board of Directors on building goals - targets, solutions for the branch
+ Coordinate with units to build goals - KPIs, solutions & action plans of units under the branch.
- Operational control:
+ Communicate instructions on the implementation of KPIs and solutions for units
+ Control the implementation process of goals - targets, solutions of branches and units
+ Evaluate implementation results, identify causes and effectiveness
+ Support units in the process of implementing the action plan that has been developed
+ Propose improvement plans, adjust targets/ solutions, and implementation methods of units according to the common goals of the company
+ Monitor the implementation of the instructions of the Board of Directors/ Board of Directors to the assigned units and the implementation results.
3. Review the financial indicators of the system (10%)
- Review the criteria for evaluating the performance of the system (financial, business, customer indicators)
4. Other tasks under the direction of the General Director (10%)
Perform the assigned tasks on the software program correctly.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
