4. Collaborate with Related Departments:
- Coordinate with the HR department to update and implement benefits policies.
- Work with other departments to organize programs and events to improve employee benefits.
- Liaise with partners and service providers (insurance, healthcare, etc.) to ensure quality service.
5. Labor relations and personnel procedures
- Manage, update and track personnel records and data.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on personnel fluctuations
