The Training Officer will be responsible for the effective execution and facilitation of training programs within the organization. This role requires expertise in delivering engaging and impactful training sessions, ensuring participants gain the necessary knowledge and skills. The Training Officer will collaborate with various departments to align training initiatives with organizational objectives.
Training Session Facilitation:
•Deliver high-quality training sessions to individuals and groups.
•Utilize effective training methodologies to ensure participant engagement and understanding.
Content Development:
•Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials.
•Create and update training content to meet evolving organizational needs.
Logistics Coordination:
•Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and necessary materials.
•Develops Training aids for recruitments: poster, training guideline, Multimedia visual aids, and reference works.
Evaluation and Reporting:
•Evaluate the success of training programs and provide reports to management.
•Recommend adjustments and improvements based on feedback and evaluation results
Stakeholder Collaboration:
•Work closely with department managers to understand training needs.
•Collaborate with other training officers for cross-functional initiatives.
Compliance and Documentation:
•Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
•Maintain accurate documentation of training activities and participant records.
Other supports:
•Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
