We're searching for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who has strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. The COO will lead our development team in an efficient, productive, and high quality.
Detail:
1. Establishing Business Structure
- Review and propose to the CEO regarding the organizational structure among departments.
- Review personnel margins.
2. Establishing Processes, Policies, Culture, and Vision of the Company
- Formulate policies suitable for the company at each stage.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish work processes.
- Introduce programs, policies, and regimes to build and maintain the company's culture.
3. Efficient Employee Management
- Monitor the implementation of processes, policies, and the maintenance of corporate culture.
- Lead the employee team in execution. Evaluate the capacity and work results of the implementing staff.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and indices.
4. Employee Empowerment
- Encourage employees to implement programs, plans, and strategies to achieve optimal results.
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
5. Support the CEO in Business Operations
- Participate in discussions and planning of the company's business strategies.
- Manage relationships with customers/suppliers.
