• Acting as a personal assistant for CEO regarding finance, book keeping and assets management
1. Payment Management:
-Process payments and financial transactions on behalf of the CEO.
-Maintain accurate records of payments made and ensure timely payment.
-Collaborate with the finance team to streamline payment procedures and ensure compliance with financial policies.
2. Vendor and Service Management:
-Identify and evaluate vendors and service providers for the CEO and the CEO's property, including but not limited to house insurance, car insurance, tax accountants, etc.
-Research and negotiate contracts with vendors to obtain the best possible terms and pricing.
3. Expense Reporting:
-Create and manage the CEO's expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and tax regulation.
-Collect receipts, reconcile expenses, and prepare reports for review and approval.
-Assist in budget planning and tracking as required.
4. Other tasks as per supervisors' and CEO's requests.
