- Support the execution of tasks within the company as requested by the manager.
- Perform tasks such as scheduling, arranging meetings, meeting with partners, customers, etc., and supporting the manager with tasks such as booking flights and hotel rooms for business trips.
- Communicate the manager's information to the departments, personnel in the company. Perform analysis, evaluation, and reporting of employee performance to the manager.
- Support personnel work, corporate culture, internal meetings for the organization, etc.
- Identify the company's short- and long-term goals to develop plans for each department and report on the implementation status to the manager.
- In many cases, the assistant manager can assist in contributing opinions, advising the manager in planning, developing strategies, and making urgent decisions when the manager is absent.
