- Identifying potential customers from the market (Marketing/Partner events, etc.)
- Representing the company at events, gathering customer information, and conducting preliminary assessments of customer needs.
- Being the main point of contact for direct collaboration with official partners in the Vietnamese market (Odoo, Acumatica, Oracle Netsuite, Liferay, Zoho, Rikkei, etc.) to create business opportunities.
- Searching for information about potential customers such as location, position, relationships within the organization, etc.
- Evaluate the quality of potential customers based on the company‘s customer evaluation criteria.
- Preliminary discussions with clients about their needs, gathering all requirements to assess the client.
- Analyzing competitors, analyzing data, and preparing regular reports.
- Actively coordinate with the Business Consultant/Sales to bring contracts to the company.
- Contribute to and build the company‘s market development plan.
