SUMMARY OF TASKS
I. Business Development Tasks (75%)
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand the market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Develop a sales and customer service strategy for Five Star E-learning (FSEL) Individual product users via Schools and Agency channels.
- Develop a sales and customer service strategy for FSEL in-school product users via the Department of Education and Agency channels.
- Develop a sales and customer service strategy for FSEL in Center product users via the Centers of various education brands in the market.
- Set targets for trial users, actual users, revenue, and costs for each FSEL business segment.
- Coordinate with various departments to draft proposals for licenses from the District, Department, Ministry levels, and draft contract templates for signing.
II. Marketing Tasks (20%)
- Prepare and deliver sales/marketing presentations, proposals, and reports to key stakeholders such as: educational institutions, government agencies....
- Lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and generate leads, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Conduct high-level market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Organize the evaluation, measurement, and monitoring of the effectiveness of Sales/Marketing campaigns and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports as required and regulated.
- Collaborate with the PR-Marketing Team from AG in developing resources: Content (images, videos, articles...) and community (Fanpage, forum, group, Zalo... for Marketing activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development and marketing initiatives, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our business development and marketing efforts.
III. Human Resources Management (5%)
Recruit, retain, train, inspect, evaluate, reward and discipline personnel in accordance with the current regulations of the Group.
